The exhibitors have the opportunity to use a scan function to read personal data from their name tag and use it for their own purposes. By agreeing to the scanning process or the manual collection of your data at the exhibition stand, you expressly consent to the use of your data by the exhibitor for the purposes stated in this paragraph. Please inform yourself at the booth of the exhibitor about his data protection regulations.

Submission by the person referred to in paragraph 1 shall be for the purpose of documentation of your visit and subsequent contact for the purpose of establishing a business relationship, the maintenance of existing business relationships or for the purpose of advertising by the exhibitors of the house4kitchen.

Other categories of recipients of the data are public bodies in the case of a legal obligation and processors processing the data collected online on our behalf. A further disclosure of their data to third parties will not take place unless there is a legal obligation to submit the data.
